Standard portals are weakest where space is most specialised. We go direct — to landowners, agents and networks the portals don't reach — and take the head lease ourselves.

In each of the five sectors below, the most suitable properties rarely appear on Rightmove, Zoopla or CoStar. Landlords don’t advertise, agents don’t register them, and the occupiers who need them spend months searching in vain.

BPS Lettings was built for exactly this problem. We go out to the open market on behalf of an occupier, secure the head lease ourselves, and sub-let the property under terms that work for the business — not the landlord’s solicitor.
