01The pod
A former RAF Sea King, fully fitted out.
ZE370 is a genuine ex-RAF Westland Sea King search-and-rescue helicopter, fully converted into a self-contained glamping pod that sleeps four to five — a double bed with a portal-lit window into the tail, a set of bunks for children, and the cockpit transformed into a dining area with full access to the controls.
It’s fitted with a kitchenette — microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge — and the winch operator’s sliding door opens onto a landing pad with a picnic bench. It arrives complete, is craned into position, and is owned, insured, operated and maintained entirely by Helicopter Glamping. For your park, it’s an instant flagship draw — with no capital outlay or running on your side.
02What we need from your site
Is your campsite a fit?
We’re flexible on location — anywhere in the UK — but the unit performs best where the basics are in place. If you tick most of these, we’d like to hear from you.
An established campsite or holiday park
An operating site with existing footfall, facilities and a licence that allows an additional unit. We’re adding a unique draw, not starting from scratch.
A level hardstanding pitch
Approximately 12m × 8m of firm, level ground able to take the unit and a small deck, with room for guests to arrive and park.
Delivery & crane access
Vehicle access suitable for low-loader delivery and a crane lift to position the unit. We handle the logistics; the site just needs to be reachable.
Services to the pitch
Mains water and power nearby, or a pitch suited to a serviced off-grid set-up. We’ll confirm what’s needed on a site visit.
A setting that sells the stay
A view, a bit of seclusion, or a destination location. The more memorable the spot, the better the unit performs.

04How it works
One contracting party. No complexity for you.
As with every BPS arrangement, we act as principal: BPS takes a head lease on the pitch from your campsite and grants the operator a sub-licence to site and run the unit. You deal with one creditworthy party — us — and we carry the relationship throughout.
Landlord
Grants the head lease
BPS Lettings
Takes the head lease, then sub-lets
Client
Holds a sub-lease, ready to trade
Think your campsite could be the one?
Send us a few details about your site. If it looks like a fit, we’ll arrange a visit and talk terms — £1,200 a month, or a revenue share.
